An abundance of planetary activity highlights the week ahead, beginning with the return of Mercury back into Pisces. As you may recall, Mercury started its current retrograde while it was moving through the watery realm of Pisces. Although Mercury is still in it’s shadow period, the fact that it has stationed direct will ease up many of those classic Mercury retrograde snafus that many of us may have experienced lately. Pisces is an especially muddy area of the zodiac since there is a tendency towards uncertainty and ambiguity even without the influence of Mercury. With slow-moving Neptune also crawling through Pisces, the narrative becomes increasingly intangible. Later in the week on the 19th the Sun moves into Aries. This position heralds the Vernal Equinox, where the day is a representation of equal amounts of daylight and nighttime. This day is also recognized as International Astrology Day. Aries is the beginning of the zodiacal year and many consider this day to be the equivalent of new year’s day. Where is that happening in your life? Contact me at email@example.com.
Just after the Sun crosses in Aries, Saturn departs Capricorn and enters into Aquarius. Saturn will stay in Aquarius until July when it will retrograde back into Capricorn until the middle of December where it will depart Capricorn for the next 29 or so years. While in Aquarius, Saturn’s role will be evident on the collective level; as it applies to all of us. As citizens of the planet we are all responsible for the health and well-being of our mother earth. It is during this period that we will have to come to terms with what we have wrought and what we must do to correct this. Saturn is the task-master of the zodiac. And while that often indicates a period of collective correction we must consider the terms and themes that surround this. How do we exist collectively without damaging the planet? What steps must we all take in order to evolve in a productive and fruitful manner? Over the coming few years we will see this influence borne out in initiatives for energy, consumption, pollution, and political control in a more responsible and collective manner. ARIES (March 21-April 19): Career options may be topping your list this week as your ruling planet, Mars springs into predictable action and joins Jupiter for an amplified shot of potential. With so much opportunity at stake you would be wise to get out and circulate. To add to the excitement the Sun is in Aries for its yearly tour.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20): Venus is floating through Taurus and your world could be filled with pleasant surprises. Since Venus rules Taurus you are especially graced to have this placement. All the earthly pleasures that you tend to attract will be highlighted during this time and it is wise to embrace and enjoy them. Not that you didn’t do that already.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21): Mercury is finally direct again and you may be able to spend more time and effort working on work-related topics. Meetings, conversations, and long-term strategies are highly favored. Use this period to gather with others and brainstorm over potential new ventures. Challenges continue working with large organizations. It is time and wise to persist.
CANCER (June 22-July 22): There is a light shining on your career domain this week. It might not be easy to spot but it might be worthwhile to consider being a little more bod in your suggestions and actions. You may be especially motivated to rise to a challenge with your primary relationships. Any effort put into loyalty will pay off.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): The potential for an unexpected shift in your career could arise during the week. With that in mind you may be especially motivated to double down on your efforts to leave an impression. Health and well being are also challenges for you and should not be ignored. Take a proactive stance and you’ll see the rewards.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): Your ruling planet, Mercury, has stationed direct and may shine a light on your primary relationships. However, with that in mind, pay special attention to anything that strikes you as ambiguous or uncertain. Mars and Jupiter align in your domain of children, creativity, and fun. What could you do differently that kicks your output up a notch?
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): There is a lot of sparkle available with your significant relationships and much of that may come from forgiveness. Moving beyond what may have happened in the past can be an amazingly liberating process. While there may still be a struggle with certain aspects of your domestic realm, take the long view and realize nothing worth having comes quickly.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov 21): Keep an eye on your primary relationships and close friends this week as a surprise might be in store. A little kindness towards your physical self could go a long way towards erasing an old misconception you may have about your body. Siblings may weigh you down with an onerous task that requires your detailed skill set.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): Mars cojoins Jupiter in your financial domain so you might be wise to get some solid expert advice from an outside disinterested party. There is great volatility so approach this subject with caution. To buy or to sell? Expect to have discussions that involve family matters and a direction you are trying to decide on.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): You may be feeling a little nostalgic for the home that you came from. Whie memories can be sorrowful sometimes, when you address them and accept them they can melt into a new version of your past. Find the gold in your past and celebrate it since it is what has made you the person you are today.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): Something is changing in your life in a major way and you may be especially primed to tackle it head on this week. Mars and Jupiter are teaming up together to provide you with the motivation and largesse to step into a bold new future. Unexpected shifts in your domestic scene are likely to surprise.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): There is stillo lot of Piscean energy in the air as Mercury has now stationed direct. Use this opportunity to get your ideas across to others in an effective and logical manner. Topics that are obtuse or cloudy will only lead people in the wrong direction and could ultimately hinder your ability to convince.
