FORECAST: Weekly Astrology June 1, 2020

We continue to swirl through an era of reversal as four planets spin in retrograde motion.  Retrogrades aren’t that unusual in and of themselves, but when taken in the context of our current dilemma, they may shed light on what is in store.  As mentioned several times over the years, time is similar in imagery to a corkscrew.  It is always turning and cycles do recur, just in another place in time.  With that imagery in mind, we wander into familiar scenarios but at a different place and time.  The theme is present, but the context is different.  It was Mark Twain who said “HIstory doesn’t repeat, but it often rhymes.”  So events and themes do reappear, but the setting and time is what changes.  As we delve further into this retrograde period the language we use to describe the time is any word with “re” as a prefix.  Reversal, reconsider, re-evaluate, reinvest, refinance, and so on.  Are we at a crossroad where we can “re”turn to our normal way of living?  Or do we have to “re”define our way forward with new normals we had not considered prior to this time?  This virus burst into our lives when Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto were all conjunct at 22 degrees Capricorn.  Since then they have slowly moved on to new degrees,  However, as this retrograde period unfolds we see these planets coalescing in a similar pattern over the coming months.  The exactitude is not as precise as before, but the proximity is there.  That may be cause for concern.  Could the virus come back?  Science seems to point to that as does astrology.  This is worthy of note.  Be mindful and keep your guard up.  Where is that happening in your life?  Contact me at cflisher@gmail.comWWW.turningofthewheel.com, www.chrisflisher.com.

Of the planets now in retrograde, it is always the outer planets that are the most revealing since they move slowly and their impact is felt over a longer period of time.  However, in this mix is Venus currently in Gemini.  Venus is an inner planet and moves more swiftly than the outers.  Gemini is the sign of communication, public dialog, the media, and curiosity.  With this planet in retrograde we might be reconsidering our path forward.  Should we rush to “open” the country?  What do we gain from that?  This is also a period of time where we can reconnect with those we have missed so sorely over the last few months.  While it may be natural to reclaim our bonds with others we might also be wise to do that in a different fashion as wwe reconsider our personal spaces and our closeness with others.  We finish the week with a Full Moon Lunar eclipse at 15 degrees Sagittarius.  Eclipses bring to light events.  With a lunar eclipse the light shines on emotional topics.  Staring directly across the zodiac at Venus, we might be immersed in a resurgence of emotions as we start to reconnect once again.  Do you see all the “re”s in all these sentences?  Where will you feel it?  If you have questions about your own unique destiny contact me at, www.chrisflisher.com, or www.turningofthewheel.com.

ARIES (March 21-April 19): Your ruling planet will be joining forces with Neptune in the middle degrees of Pisces this week.  Mars can be a tricky partner when combined with Neptune.  Keep your expectations realistic and try and avoid flights of fancy or escape for that matter.  You may be motivated to act impulsively and could make a poor decision.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): Be aware of possibly confusing or misleading conversations with business associates.  You may feel as if you are being pushed in a direction that you would rather not traverse. You may experience some friction when it comes to financial topics which when combined with the ambiguity of your fellow workers could be troublesome.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21): With the Sun sitting in the middle degrees of your sign, you might feel emboldened to speak out about a work related topic.  Tread carefully here because you will not want to appear confused or inaccurate.  Be sure that your alliances are genuine factual.  Diplomacy will be your greatest ally at this time so play that card first.

CANCER (June 22-July 22): As you try and forge ahead you may be thwarted by an array of confusing options.  You may be motivated to accomplish something that does not have any true value.  Before you make any rash or impulsive decisions take the time to fully understand the situation and topic.  This is a good week to do some research.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): Much is changing in your daily swirl, but associations with friends and co-workers may be a motivating angle that consumes you this week, especially if you work in a large organization.  The challenges continue to test your patience with regard to your health and wellbeing.  Efforts that you put into this area of your life will be worthwhile.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): There is a window of opportunity regarding your career this week.  The Sun and Venus in retrograde are hovering in your carer domain so it may be excellent time to pursue new employment options.  Your position may be changing or being redefined.  Discussions with your primary partner may be lively and animated.  Seek clarity.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22):  Travel may be a temptation to you this week, but restrictions could impede your desires.  You may be consumed with health and wellbeing matters, so any effort to improve diet, exercise and other routines will be well worth it.  Complications with family and domestic matters force you to make a decision that has long term impact.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov 21): There could be some confusion or reversals of decisions made in the past so tuck that in the back of your mind.  This is a season of reversals and alternate options may appear.  Creative endeavors and projects involving children may be fraught with confusion.  Siblings continue to pose problems and may test your patience.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): A Full Moon lunar eclipse late in the week will occur in Sagittarius.  You may learn of something that has a profound emotional impact on you.  This can work in either direction so bear that in mind.  Your significant partner may be the source of an exchange that brings new feelings to the surface.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): A charged Full Moon may trigger you to act in an impulsive manner late in the week.  You may be feeling a tangle of emotions as your life takes a turn to a more normal routine.  Conversations with siblings may be a bit emotional.  You may be on the brink of learning something about yourself that is quite useful.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18):  You may be on the brink of a major shift in your motives this week as topics of finances and investments come to your attention.  A possible tangle with a business associate could spark a conversation that requires honesty and facts.  Responsibility may weigh heavily on you, but the end result may be worth it.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): You may be particularly motivated to follow an uncertain protocol.  You have a dream or an idea that may be pushing you forward with uncharacteristic zeal.  The narrative may involve your domestic situation and family matters.  Employment discussions could be emotionally charged.  It would be wise to check all facts and collect all data before making a move.
