By the end of the week we will be saying goodbye to the Sun in Aries as it enters into Taurus. This invariably means that the earth has begun to thaw and the air has that fresh fecund smell of soil and leaves. This also portends a fairly lively transit of the Sun and Uranus. Uranus entered Taurus on March 6 and will slowly move through this fixed earth sign over the next seven years. By the beginning of next week, the Sun should come into an exact conjunction with Uranus and light up an area of our lives. Uranus represents the innovative, the unexpected, and the revolutionary. With so many powerful adjectives used to describe this planet, we can only imagine what will happen when the Sun joins this feisty slow-moving orb. Be aware of the surprise factor especially as we witness a full Moon in Libra on the last day of the Sun in Aries. Full Moon’s are already unpredictable and when we combine that with Uranus and the Sun we might very well be in for an earth-centered kind of disruption. With so much potential, large storms, earthquakes, and other natural events are likely. This full Moon and the Sun align in a challenging angle to both Saturn and Pluto as well as the south node, so we may witness a breakdown of some form that involves infrastructure or natural resources. Pluto is the great reckoner and mistakes made in the past may come back to haunt us, especially given our current climate conditions.
Elsewhere we see Jupiter retrograding back in Sagittarius. As with any retrograde of any planet, the plans we thought were in place may be altered or reconsidered for a new direction or purpose. Jupiter will be in retrograde motion until the middle of August when it stations direct on the 11th of that month. Venus enters Aries on the same day as the full Moon. Mercury, now direct and working its way through the late degrees of Pisces, finally steps into Aries on the 17th. Expect the noise to increase for the next few weeks. Mercury is the great communicator and while in Aries we can expect some hasty decisions to be made or some new initiative to be brought forth. This theme will likely become more pronounced as Aries ruling planet, Mars works its way through Gemini, the sign that Mercury rules. This is called mutual reception and packs a certain energy that amplifies communication in this alignment. Mars rules Aries and Mercury rules Gemini, so now they are in each other’s signs and the dialog will be edgy and sporadic if not downright caustic. Hold your tongue during the full Moon. TAURUS (April 20-May 20): By week’s end you will have the Sun in Taurus for the next month. With the great solar orb shining, you may feel an inexplicable electrical charge as the Sun and Uranus prepare to meet and deliver some exciting new twist in your forward progress. Try to harness that charge and channel it for your greater good.
GEMINI (May 21-June 21): You may feel a tangible tension this week, especially if working with others or in settings with children. A creative surge may manifest that incorporates both co-workers and children so be aware of that potential. If you can direct that enthusiasm in a meaningful manner you may be quite surprised with the outcome.
CANCER (June 22-July 22): Expect to see a lot of unusual activity at work this week as Mercury and the Sun gather in that area of your life. Conversations may be overly animated and a bit dramatic. To complicate matters events may arrive quite unexpectedly and without warning. The secret lies in self-control and retaining a positive attitude. Patience.

You maybe reconsidering your creative potential as Jupiter has started its retrograde in that part of your life. Travel and education are also on tap and may be presented to you regarding your career path. Unusual information.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): You may be wrestling with an external organization or in the process of filling in paperwork. The challenges may come in the details which of course are right up your alley. Patience and thoroughness are the key elements you need to bring to your efforts. Documentation may also be a stumbling point so turn your attention to that.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): You may continue to work on solving home or domestic topics this week with the aid of your partner. Long term plans become the major focus as you stop to consider your options. Unusual financial activity surrounding an elderly relative or a legal matter may surface quite unexpectedly. A slow methodical approach works the best.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov 21): Be aware of short fuses this week especially when dealing with your partner or close friends. You may be surprised by a comment or gesture that forces you to respond impulsively. With that in mind you might be better off allowing some space between you and others until the mood (and Uranus) shift towards calmer times.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): You may be feeling the glow of Jupiter in Sagittarius this week as it aligns with the Sun and your creative spirit. With that in mind you might be inclined to revisit old creative projects that you may have shelved in the past. The urge to uncover old ideas may be a dominant theme. Seize the inspiration.

Career and home both play a significant role in determining which direction you might decide. Frustration may arise, but let it pass until the skies clear in the next week.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): An unexpected event that involves your domestic situation could force you to rethink your trajectory. Not bad or good, just unexpected. The challenge comes from a transition path you are pursuing. While the shift may be tedious and slow you come to learn that nothing worth having ever comes too easily. Think long-term.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): Your long-range plans may be still be under review as you explore all options. Topics that surround your finances may be highlighted this week. Relationships that are built out of mutual business interests may be a point of contention this week as you try and forge a more favourable alliance. Challenges come from financial equality.
